Frequently asked questions

How long does entering the data take?

Two to three hours for an average school of 25–30 classes. Faster if you import from Excel. You enter it once and copy it forward each year.

Can I upload my existing Excel timetable?

Lists of teachers, classes and subjects import from Excel — the wizard matches the columns for you and writes any errors to a separate file. Importing a finished timetable grid is not supported yet: the timetable is built inside the system.

What if the timetable does not come out automatically?

Lessons the generator could not place stay in a separate panel, together with the reason. You place them by hand in the editor — the system highlights every slot they are allowed to go in.

Is my data safe?

Each school's data is isolated — no other school can see it. Traffic runs over an encrypted connection. A share link only opens at the address you handed out, and you can refresh it at any time.

Does it work offline?

The system itself needs an internet connection. You can export a finished timetable to PDF or Excel and keep it offline — the print layout is set for A4.

Can I build several versions?

Yes. You can keep several timetables, duplicate them and compare. One is active — links and reports read from that one, the rest stay drafts.

How do teachers see it?

Every class and teacher has a link — send it over Telegram and it opens on a phone with no login. A teacher can also get their own timetable from the bot.
